Met on arrival to hotel. Later visit project Arman which helps children at risk of becoming rag pickers. Guided walk in Old Delhi and sample street food.
Drive to Alwar (3 hours and a half) in the heart of Rajasthan countryside. Guided walk to Dadhikar village to interact with the locals.
Guided Heritage walk of Alwar to experience local lifestyle. Later visit City Palace and Bala Quila Fort perched on top of the Aravalli hills.
Morning safari at Sariska National Park. Drive to Dausa (3hors) visiting the 17th century Bhangarh Fort enrout - considered to be India's most haunted place.
Enjoy some of the activities on offer at this fabulous family estate, including a camel cart ride through the local countryside and a village walk.
Go shopping at the local market and then learn to cook an authentic Rajasthani dish. The family are very keen polo players and often practice on the estate.
Shahpura
Drive to Shahpura (4 and a half hrs) and the oasis of Shahpura Bagh, family residence of the Singh Family and one of the most luxorious hotels in India. Sunset excursion to a nearby deserted Fort where refreshments are served in true Shahpura Style.
Fascinating excursion to the local farm and village where you will learn about local life and meet some wonderful people. Evening visit to the village temple.
Free day to enjoy this exquisite property and explore the adjacent village.
Drive to Nimaj (3hrs). Afternoon nature walk followed by sundowners.
Village excursion to see potters at work and understand the local farming.
Drive to Jodhpur (2 and a half hours) and relax to your fabulous Heritage hotel.
Jodhpur sightseeing including the majestic Mehrangarh Fort and the old Blue city.
Transfer to Jodhpur airport for flight back to Delhi and onward destination.
