Morning: Airport Pick UP
Day: Check in at Hotel
Afternoon: Sughtsee in Delhi
Day: Take the early morning Shatabadi Express train to Kalka and change to the Himalayan Queen narrow gauge train to Shimla travelling through majestic scenery
Overnight: Enjoy a stay at our Shimla or Naldehra Farmstay in the hills
Day: Depart Shimla to Sarahan via coach or jeep, with regular rest breaks throughout the spectacular ascent through the Satluj river valley and foothills
Late Afternoon: Enjoy a short afternoon trek
Evening: Overnight at Hotel or Guest House in Sarahan
Morning: Enjoy a fascinating road journey via Katgaon village to Kafnu (3-4 hours) Trek Base
Afternoon: 2-3 hours afternoon trek to help acclimatise, including visiting local villages in the hills (2,360m)
Overnight: Enjoy a stay in Kafnu with a local family.
Day: Trekking from Kafnu to Mulling Camp (3,280m): Height gained 877m (5hrs)
First day we take an easy ascent through the Alpine hills, riverside and woods to top of the tree line.
Overnight: Camping.
Day: Trekking from Mulling – Kara (3,560m) Height gained 280m (4hrs)
Gentle start while leave all the tree line behind and then uphill trek to Kara a beautiful valley in the Himalayas. Overnight camping
Day: Circular trek up to 4200m and then trek down to Mulling
Overnight: Camp camping at 3,280m
Day: Descending trek from Mulling to Kafnu and drive to Rampur: Trek down for 3-4 hours and drive to Rampur after lunch on the way
Overnight: Hotel Hot Springs, Rampur
Day: What better way to relax after your 4 days trekking than with a short drive by the river to relax in the hot springs and by the lake.
Evening: Visit to local village for dinner with family
Overnight: Hotel Hot Springs, Rampur
Day: Meet people from local communities in the village to get involved in a sustainable development project
Afternoon: Drive to Shimla
Evening: Dinner at the Shimla Mall and luxury night bus to Delhi
Morning: Arrive early in Delhi and drive to a restaurant for breakfast
Day: Train to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort
Afternoon: After a late lunch and shopping take the late afternoon train to Delhi
Overnight: Delhi
Day: Early shopping in the bazaars in Delhi and drive to the airport to catch the flight home.
